Support Before Training

Please feel free to contact us via telephone, email or call into the training centre to discuss any courses that we offer. We are happy to provide you with information, advice and guidance relating to your aims and answer any general questions you may have. We will give impartial advice even if that means referring you to another organisation as we want you to enjoy your training and for it to be a good investment of your time.

Support During Training

Whilst on our training course we will provide you with all the support needed for you to successfully complete the course. If for any reason you struggle with any element of the course, and this is due to ability and not effort, then we will give you as much extra time as is needed at no extra cost. You will receive continuous feedback from your tutor throughout and if you ever need any help or advice then please contact a member of staff.

Whilst you are at the centre there may be other courses running so if you have a question relating to another trade please feel free to speak to the relevant tutor - they are all here to help you.

Support After Training

After completing your training with us you are still able to contact us by telephone and e-mail, or you can call into the centre to discuss pricing jobs, obtaining tools and materials, advice on work you are due to carry out, etc.

This can prove to be an invaluable resource when undertaking jobs, especially when you're first setting out.

When a course has been completed we are still here to help and support you. We have full time staff available throughout the year, not just during school/college term time, to answer any queries. Once you have completed a course at our training centre you will never be forgotten.
